The property was clean and exactly like the photos. It was well equipped and had all necessities needed for a family. Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to using this unit again in future.

As we had 2 vehicles (as we were 6 people) we only had one designated onsite parking available although we were told we could use the visitors parking but was not told that this is on a first come basis and had to eventually park one of the vehicles on the street. This should be better communicated when booking specifically when I had queried this before my arrival.

Perfect Location The apartment was beautiful n perfectly spacious

Only 1 geyser for the apartment was not appropriate for 2 bathrooms Water ran cold too quickly

The keys were left at a nearby fuel station to collect. No issues there. The location of the property is really the best thing about it. Beach access from the property; probably less then 3km's from Ocean's Mall which made shopping very convenient. The private covered stoep area is really super.

I didn't appreciate the fact that the property was advertised on booking.com WITH AIRCON and tumble-dryer yet THERE IS NO AIRCON OR TUMBLE-DRYER IN THE FLAT. Why would you falsely advertise something. I booked this property BECAUSE of the AIRCON, which was one of the items on our 'holiday accommodation requirement'-list. Secondly, the rental company, Umhlanga Holiday Rentals phoned me the day before my payment was due to say I must cancel on booking.com and just book with them directly because the owner wants his money and booking.com only pays after thirty days. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE holiday rental people. I chose to keep my booking on this platform. Other little irritations - there is no lights in any of the bedrooms, only bedside table lamps. The water runs from the guest bathroom into the second bedroom when the shower is being used. You only have one key and one remote, so if someone goes fishing and someone goes to the shops and another someone goes to the beach then you really have to plan and schedule your movements, not something you really want to do while on holiday.
