It is managed by an amazing lady, Wendy. She was outstanding. There was someone to meet us and we arrived late.

The electricity kept on tripping and air conditioners were leaking

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Durban. The location right by the beach was perfect — just a few steps away from a pristine, private stretch of beach that was peaceful and never crowded. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with a warm and homely feel that made us comfortable from the moment we arrived. Travelling with both a toddler and an elderly mother, we really appreciated how well laid out and practical the space was, making the stay easy and relaxing for everyone. The security was excellent and gave us great peace of mind throughout our visit. The property is also conveniently close to major supermarkets and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a lovely stay and a place we would happily return to.

That it was on the beach front

The place wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in, and the Wi-Fi was very poor — we could only make calls downstairs in the lounge, with no reception upstairs. The biggest issue was being asked to pay cash at check-in for a 3-night stay worth around R14,400, especially after flying in from another country.
