Beautiful large lodge very nicely decorated . Lovely part of the site with nice hot tub .

Single beds were a bit uncomfortable could feel the springs and gate needs fixing doesn’t always shut on latch

Great location, lots of space and decking area was really nice. Hot tub clean and a great bonus. Dog friendly site and good communication from owners.

Some mould on cushions in cupboard and kitchen could do with an upgrade but this didn't ruin our stay. Overall very happy.

The lodge has everything you need for a self catering holiday. There was a little welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The living area is large with two lovely sofas. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space in both the bedrooms. The hot tub was great and there is very comfortable outdoor furniture. We had a great short break and are thinking of booking this lodge again for maybe a longer stay.

On the first night the kitchen blind fell down cutting my 81 year old dad’s hand. It was quite clear that it was already broken but had been balanced on the bracket. Our welcome pack only contained a bottle of wine and no kettle chips. There were no baking trays only a small grill pan. No measuring jug. Lever buttons on toaster were broken. The dishwasher needs a cleaning solution running through it as it isn’t cleaning the pots properly. The mattress in the single bed bedroom needs replacing. There are quite a few stains on the carpet. You can feel the springs ALOT. It’s very uncomfortable. Then on the last day my dad tripped on a block paver that is sticking up quite badly on the path. He’s 81 and was very shaken and upset by it. He cut his face and banged his knee. The staff were brilliant and came running to help. We stayed here in May and loved the property but felt like it had gone downhill and needs some TLC. I note that there should also be a £50 discount for return bookings which we didn’t receive.
