We were met at the harbour on arrival and kindly offered luggage storage as the apartment wasn’t yet ready. The location is excellent, very central and close to the sea. The kitchen on the lower level is well-equipped, the two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable, and the beds in particular were very good.

Despite being so close to the sea, there’s only a partial sea view, and only from the main bedroom. The apartment lacks a personal touch, much of the décor feels as though it came straight out of a Zara Home catalogue. Privacy is limited on the lower level, as the windows face directly onto a narrow alley, so passers-by can easily glance inside. The apartment also got very hot, and we had to sleep with the air conditioning on, which isn’t our preference. Finally, on our departure day we asked for a late checkout, since the next guests weren’t arriving for several days, but to our surprise the request was refused, with staff explaining that policies are strictly enforced; we were offered luggage storage instead.

Beautifully maintained property, excellent facilities. The property is well situated in Halki for restaurants, supermarkets etc The communication with the owners/representatives was first class Our expectations were certainly met and exceeded with this property. We had a wonderful stay here.

Zentrale Lage in Chalki, wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Extrem durchdachte Wohnung, toll ausgestattet und sehr schön gestaltet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Hosts, auch später Check-Out am Abreisetag (am Ende der Saison) war kein Problem. Ist sicherlich unter den Top 10 der Ferienwohnungen in Chalki.

Topp beliggenhet med tanke på nærhet til bading, restauranter, butikker og båt. Komfortabelt hus med moderne fasiliteter. Sengene var kjempegode og inneklimaet godt, med aircondition som fungerer virkelig bra. Veldig god og oppmerksom service fra utleier.
