Lovely and cosy home!

This is a charming little house. It had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal one would want. The large refrigerator holds lots food and drinks. Everything was spotless. The hosts helped us choose an excellent restaurant and pointed out local museums, the local church and how best to get entry into Monet’s garden. The location is private and extremely quiet. We had a pretty patio to spend time outdoors. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Delightful Giverny stay

Clair logis is the most charming cottage with the most generous hosts who gave us the warmest welcome. The took time to explain the town and even offered to assist us in securing garden or museum tickets. They provided restaurant suggestions which turned out to be fantastic. Every amenity was provided including a lovely breakfast and bountiful fruit bowl.

Absolute perfection!!

Everything was perfect! So many extras- to make our stay exceptional. Fresh croissants & hot bread delivered from the bakery every morning. A refrigerator filled with delicious food. Coffee, tea, bottled water, snacks, cereals- too numerous to count. And the cottage was so charming - quiet & comfortable. Our hosts were kind & available to help!

Visiting Monets garden?.... you must stay here!!!

This beautiful house and garden is in Rue Claude Monet and so in the centre of the village of Giverney. The house is equipped with everything you could need, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners Christine and Jean Michael were so helpful and kind, even booking a restaurant and running us to the station etc in their car. Waking up to fresh croissants and bread delivered to the garden gate each morning is something I will miss now our trip is over.

Excellent stay in a beautiful village - Definately recommend!

Everything was great! Excellent selection for breakfast - warm bread and croissants provided each morning too! Apartment was well appointed and very close to everything we needed. Garage parking was also a bonus. The host was excellent and all was managed very well. There was also a beautiful little garden area to relax in - another bonus!

One slight thing was that we couldnt find out how to operate the modern cooker! No problem really though as we worked it out eventually. I am sure we could have asked the host but did not want to bother her. Not a negative at all - just a comment!

A self made breakfast is provided with all the ingredients in-house. A large plate of ripened fresh fruit was in the room at arrival along with several juices, yogurts, eggs, and freshly baked bread and croissants delivered at 0815 hrs. The cottage owners are warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable hosts. Parking was provided inside their private garage. We used the cottage for but one night to recoup from the air travel to CDG and visit the Monet Gardens. It was well worth it. The property is as advertised.

The cottage was fully equipped, even better than some five-star hotels in Paris—truly had everything we needed! It was spotless and well-maintained. The highlight of our experience was the warm hospitality of our hosts, Christine and Bien. They went above and beyond to introduce us to local attractions and provided excellent guidance. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, including fresh fruit and breakfast pastries, which made our stay unforgettable.

We had no complaints; we just wished we could have stayed longer!

Exceptionally well appointed and peaceful spot for a base to experience the beautiful Giverny and surrounds. The best experience we have ever had with hosted accommodation. Perfection

This is easily the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished and had a gorgeous private garden with deckchairs and table & chairs - ideal for lunch or even breakfast. It was perfectly located in Giverny about 15 minutes walk from Monet’s house & garden. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance though do check when they are open as some are only open at the weekend. Breakfast was provided. The local bakery delivers bread & croissants ( the best croissants we have ever had) the hosts provide juice, tea, coffee, jam, butter, cereals, milk, yogurts & eggs. In addition to this there was a huge platter of delicious fruit, biscuits & sweets. Everything was of high quality. Finally the hosts Christine & Jean-Michel are welcoming & hospitable - such lovely genuine people. They also allowed us to park our car & e-bikes in there garage.

A lovely house walking distance to Monet's Gardens with great amenities and more than gracious hosts

We had a wonderful time in Giverny. The house was delightful. The hospitality was warming. Jean Michel's tour was interesting, helpful and great fun. Ask about the WWII British bomber crash. Christine ensured all our needs were addressed. The breakfasts were delicious. We were able to accommodate each of our tastes. There was an ample supply of several fruits and candy bars. Having fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to the gate every morning was awesome. We all enjoyed the outside space. We felt as though we should be painting still life's and flowers. The interest access was more than appropriate. The entire location was very well stocked and decorated. There were plenty of electrical outlets and tables to lay out one's phones, tablets and laptops. We all talked about coming back. Perhaps. We shall see.

The upstairs suite has an interesting ceiling. We acclimated by pretending that it was a tree house. The wooden circular staircase tickled the imagination. A pirate ship? Tarzan's treehouse? Diving in a submarine?

The hosts of Clair Logis went out of their way to make us all welcome and enjoy our stay. The house and garden is very private and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing break in Giverny. The house is so well equipped they have covered everything with all the amenities. A Fabulous stay we couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful, tranquil and comfortable - an excellent base for Giverny.

Warm welcome from lovely hosts. Clair Logis is a beautiful and tranquil location, only 15 minutes walk from tourist hub of Monet's Garden. Upstairs and downstairs comfortable sleeping, comfy lounge and practical kitchen, complete with snacks. Wake up to a sunny and private garden with table and chairs and a barbecue for warm weather. We enjoyed coffee and fruit juice from the fridge with delicious bread and croissants delivered fresh in the morning. This is lovely place to escape to within easy walk of a shop/bakery/bar and some good restaurants. In addition, we had great communication with our hosts before and during our stay when we had questions about visiting the tourist sites. Their helpful suggestions and recommendations made a huge difference and meant we made the most of our time in the village.

Not a criticism, just a note for packing - the temperature in Giverny was cooler than in Paris at night, so consider bringing a jacket if you're there in Spring for when you're out and about. The property had extra blankets and heating so this wasn't an issue when we were there.

Fresh croissants and baguette from the bakery every morning with all the condiments in the house already - perfect! Location in Giverny was great and walking distance to Monet's gardens. the accommodation with lovely secluded garden were all above expectation but best of all were the generosity and helpfulness of Christine and Jean-Michel. Their hospitality is above and beyond anything we expected. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage just steps away from Monet’s Garden in Giverny, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable stays largely due to the hosts and their lovely cottage. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into an impressionist painting—the garden surrounding the cottage is lush and lovingly tended, echoing the beauty of Monet’s own masterpiece down the road. Mornings began with a delicious delivery of croissants and baguettes. The hosts, Jean-Michel and Christine, also left the kitchen stacked with snacks. It was the perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning, and again some wine in the evening. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. È un piccolo gioiello con due camere da letto e due bagni, cucina con tutto il necessario e piccolo soggiorno. Nach dem "fahr'n, fahr'n, fahr'n auf der Autobahn (Kraftwerk)", haben wir die liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in diesem idyllischen Ort erreicht und wurden herzlich vom Gastgeberpaar empfangen. Da das Wetter gut war, konnten wir in dem lauschigen Garten morgens frühstücken mit den vom lokalen Bring-In-Service bereitgestellten Brötchen. Die Garage war optimal. Der Gastgeber bot Fahrten zum Ticketkauf sowie zum Bahnhof an, um Ruon zu besuchen.

Nuestra estancia en este B&B fue absolutamente maravillosa. Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente atentos, amables y hospitalarios desde el primer momento. El alojamiento es precioso: una casa con muchísimo encanto, rodeada de un jardín espectacular, tranquila y cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda y decorada con mucho gusto. Todo estaba impecable. El desayuno fue simplemente delicioso, con productos frescos, locales y caseros. Cada mañana era un verdadero placer sentarse a la mesa y disfrutar de ese festín. La ubicación es ideal para visitar la casa y los jardines de Monet, y los anfitriones nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para comer, pasear y disfrutar del entorno. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Giverny grâce à l'accueil et à la gentillesse de Christine et Jean-Michel, les propriétaires du gîte. Heerlijke week gehad, huisje en tuin zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, super gastheer en gastvrouw

De locatie ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden van Giverny, zoals de tuinen van Monet. Een warm welkom waarbij aan alles gedacht was: lekker fruit, ontbijt benodigdheden, koffie/thee, een gevulde koelkast, een goed uitgeruste keuken. Ook fijn dat je kunt parkeren in de garage van de eigenaren. In de tuin kun je heerlijk zitten. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn echt aardig en willen graag helpen als 't nodig is. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
