This bright and luxuriously furnished 3-room upstairs apartment (approx. 45 m²) is designed to accommodate 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has tile flooring and underfloor heating in the bathroom; the two bedrooms are located in the attic and are accessible via a space-saving staircase. (Please note: The staircase is steep and is not suitable for guests with mobility or visual impairments, nor for small children.) Initial supplies of bed linens and 1 dish towel are included. Guests may either bring their own towels or rent them on-site for a fee (please pre-order with the key manager, Mr. Käding). Free DSL internet access via Wi-Fi is available to guests (service not guaranteed in the event of a router failure). Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.

These exclusive vacation apartments are located in a vacation home in the small seaside resort of Zempin, just about 1,000 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own free parking space on the property.
