Vacation Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the vacation home. It features a spacious living room with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, radio, and CD player. The adjoining kitchen offers convenient amenities, including an oven, ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer. You can enjoy your meals at the separate dining table. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are, of course, included.
The three-room vacation rental features two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer rounds out the apartment’s attractive amenities.
The rooms are furnished with laminate flooring and carpet. 
The terrace, complete with a beach chair and patio furniture, also offers the opportunity to barbecue in the evenings. Bedding can be booked for an additional €5.00 per person; please bring your own towels.
A parking space is available on the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
Upon request, a small dog may be brought into this vacation rental for a fee.



The Grimm vacation home, featuring two separate vacation apartments, is located in the quiet seaside resort of Zempin on the property of the owners. The location, very close to the Achterwasser, promises pure idyll for your vacation.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 25-minute walk away.
Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom and offers relaxation for nature lovers and guests seeking peace and quiet. 



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
