This beautiful fully rehabbed condo in Seaglass Resort was designed and furnished professionally in 2023. The condo boasts a modern beach vibe making you feel right at home, with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and best of all located on a waterway with a beautiful water view! Only a 5-minute walk to Tampa Bay. Located in the quaint town of Apollo Beach, FL It's perfect for your next vacation getaway. Circles Restaurant is walking distance with gorgeous sunsets and great food! Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife.
Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views. Apollo Beach access is also just down the street.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• 3 night minimum may apply.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Location is perfect but upon arriving the first evening the stale cigarette smell as I walked in was a bad experience. I immediately contacted the host but did not get a reply until the next evening. Fortunately this was a working trip and we were not there during the day. We were able to open up windows the next eve and that helped. Fortunately the bedroom area didn’t smell as bad. There should have been a return of some fees!
