Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We would have reserved again for next year but decided on something larger

Great location and friendly neighbors. Nice comfortable condo.

We paid in full for the property January of 2021. August of 2021 owner wanted significant more. (VRBO will not let the amount included) She said she had to raise the price because of demand. VRBO says in their write up that it is not a rental agreement. We could not find another place so agreed to pay a slightly reduced amount. with a email from her that she would not change the price again. We love the remodeling The cleaning however was poor. For example dry food on stove grease on refrigerator door and dirty floors. Talking to owner was not very satisfying. She asked for a list of items and pictures. This was sent and what we heard back was excuses rather than solution. She also told us we owed her more money for our pet fee. We reminded her of the email. But she insisted saying we could leave because She had others that wanted to rent. She offered to have VRBO send us an itemized bill which we never got. We did not pay the pet fee .
