Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times - The pool alarm must be kept in the pool. It may be turned off while the pool is in use - Children must wear floaties in or around the pool at all times - When children are present, keep all doors, including lanai sliding glass doors, closed and locked at all times - Do not tamper with pool equipment - Use bikes at your own risk. Wear helmets when in use - Report issues, damage, or equipment failure immediately to Guest Contact & Evolve - NOTE: This single-story home requires 2 steps to enter - NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay) - NOTE: The property receives routine weekly lawn and pool service to maintain the grounds and pool - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the front entry, camera 2 is on the garage facing the parking area, camera 3 is on the front of the home facing the front yard, camera 4 is on the left side of the house facing the side yard, camera 5 is on the left side of the house facing the BBQ area, camera 6 is on the right side of the house facing the backyard and pool area, and camera 7 is on the right side of the house facing the gate. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion and will record while guests are in residence.
