The booking guest or legal guardian assumes responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Max occupancy of 6 guests allowed on the property at all times; no overnight visitors permitted - This property may not be suitable for young children as there is no fence around the pool and the home is not childproofed - Use the pool and grill at your own risk. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times - The pool alarm must be kept in the pool. It may be turned off while the pool is in use - For safety purposes, the pool alarm must remain active; please do not remove the batteries. - Children must wear floaties in or around the pool at all times - When children are present, keep all doors, including lanai sliding glass doors, closed and locked at all times - Do not tamper with pool equipment - Use bikes at your own risk. Wear helmets when in use - Report issues, damage, or equipment failure immediately to Guest Contact & Evolve - No parking on the lawn - No unregistered guests allowed - Please keep all windows and doors closed while the A/C is in use - NOTE: This single-story home requires 2 steps to enter - NOTE: Complimentary pool heat is available during colder months upon request (up to 85 degrees) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM - NOTE: For safety purposes, the pool alarm must remain active; please do not remove the batteries. - NOTE: The property receives routine weekly lawn and pool service to maintain the grounds and pool - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the front entry, camera 2 is on the garage facing the parking area, camera 3 is on the front of the home facing the front yard, camera 4 is on the left side of the house facing the side yard, camera 5 is on the left side of the house facing the BBQ area, camera 6 is on the right side of the house facing the backyard and pool area, and camera 7 is on the right side of the house facing the gate. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion and will record while guests are in residence.
