The location was good and the neighborhood was quite, we felt safe.
Prior to booking this rental, I asked if there was an outdoor grill and if the kitchen was fully stocked with tableware, pots and pans etc. because we were hosting Thanksgiving for our family. I was told it was, however, upon arrival there were 5 forks but plenty of knives and very few spoons. No pots and pans, just lids and some of the glassware was dirty. My family wore their white socks in the house and they were black from unclean floors. Upon arrival, there were sticky finger prints on all of the doors, door jams and light switches. We loved the backyard, however, the prongs on the extension cord to plug the exterior lights in broke as they were rusted through. I informed the host and was immediately brought another exterior light by door dash. The host was very responsive and apologetic, however it was obvious he/she hadn't been to the property prior to our arrival. We didn't use the grill because it was rotted through on the bottom as well.
