Step into your screened-in lanai, where indoor comfort meets outdoor relaxation. Spend your mornings lounging poolside, afternoons grilling on the gas BBQ, and evenings unwinding under the covered lanai after a swim in the private pool (5` deep)—available year-round. The fully fenced backyard offers peace of mind for you and your family.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and intentionally laid out with two separate living areas, making it easy for everyone to relax their own way.
• The main living room features plush seating and a welcoming atmosphere for conversation or quiet downtime. • The dedicated media room delivers a cinematic experience with a 75` flat-screen TV and surround sound, perfect for movie nights or game days.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig and standard coffee maker. A spacious dining table comfortably seats six.
Restful Bedrooms & Thoughtful Details
The home sleeps up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms:
• Primary Suite – King bed, flat-screen TV, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and bidet for added comfort. • Second Bedroom – Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or study. • Third Bedroom – Queen bed with a flat-screen TV.
A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combination is conveniently located in the hallway.
The home also includes:
• Free high-speed 5G WiFi • In-unit washer & dryer • Ample parking with room for a small boat or RV

Guests enjoy private access to the entire home with easy keyless entry. We respect your privacy while remaining readily available via messaging should you need anything during your stay.
For transparency and safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras (front door and side of the home only). There are no cameras inside or facing the pool area.

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely home. The layout is perfect with plenty of room and space. The screened in lanai and heated pool is the very best. Add to this, a fenced yard to accommodate pets….truly a home away from home. We did not want to leave to return to Maine! Definitely will return again!! Thank you Nick and Travis!

Our family rented this house for a vacation, and we absolutely loved it! It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The pool was wonderful. Would definitely rent again!
