Unwind in the spacious living areas, explore the stunning scenery, or soak in the bubbling hot tub after a day of adventure.
The Space:
The Farmhouse has 2 main living areas to the front of the property.
In the main living room, curl up by the fire, with stunning views towards Monikie Country Park. Catch up on your favourite shows with your Netflix account, or lose yourself in a good book.
Feeling playful? Head to the games room! Challenge your loved ones to a PlayStation or Pacman arcade tournament, get lost in a world of classic board games, or groove to your favourite tunes on the record player. A plush sofa and beanbags ensure ultimate comfort.
The large farmhouse kitchen offers seating for 10, perfect for family meals or group gatherings.
If you need to catch up on work during your getaway, a dedicated office allows you to blend work and pleasure.
Bedrooms:
One king bedroom and one single bedroom with a shared bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, find 3 additional king-size bedrooms, a small double room, and a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.
Outdoor Fun and Entertainment:
Take a dip in the relaxing hot tub after a day of exploring or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool in the garage.

We provide 1 bath towel per person, so you may wish to bring extras if you will be using the hot tub.

The house was very comfortable and homey! Well furnished and with everything to start us out. The bedrooms were spacious. The views were spectacular. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the wood provided by the host. The host provided a wonderful basket of goodies which we certainly appreciated. We were so busy site seeing we didn’t use the hot tub and etc but a family would have loved all of the amenities. We loved Scotland and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Excellent property for weekend away celebrating my fathers 70. Easy check in. Owner got in touch with link to find property which was great. Property was immaculate on arrival. Nice big rooms with comfy beds. Kids loved have a wee living room to themselves with ps4. Great weekend had with family would definitely return.

We booked this property for a family weekend away and we absolutely loved it! The owners have literally thought of everything. We were so gutted to be leaving and really wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be staying again.
