The property has a vacation home feel, very comfortable for our family. It is as nice as the online pictures. The bedrooms, bathrooms, main room and kitchen are all well outfitted. We all wish we could have stayed longer. The location is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood about a mile from the university and excellent restaurants. Our host was very responsive. Great visit!! Nice setting with yard and deck. Close to campus but nice quiet neighborhood!!

Not your typical Indiana house. We stayed with our teen daughter and dog to visit our other daughter at IU. The house had everything we needed and it had a really nice layout. The upstairs was my favorite! It was so cozy and bright. The yard is fenced in which was nice for our dog. My only complaint is the spiral staircase. As cool as it is, it felt a little shaky and it made it impossible for our dog to go upstairs. Our dog only want to sleep with me so my husband and and I had to sleep in the downstairs bedroom in the queen bed while our daughter got the king all to herself, which she loved of course! Next time we’ll leave the dog at home.
Overall, I highly recommend the property.
