This was the perfect place to stay while moving our son into IU Bloomington for his freshman year. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. It is close to the dorms in NW campus and the stadiums, so it is a great spot for visits and attending games. Can’t wait to do that in the future! We’ll definitely be back!

The Cottage was a perfect weekend stay for my family! With three children (ages 2-17), the property was equipped for all our needs. From the fun on the back patio and yard, to the cards and games in the hutch, and the crib available for our little one, we could not have asked for a better place to stay! Though our middle’s baseball tournament was all but cancelled, this house made our weekend. I would highly recommend this property to any family or group looking for a wonderful time in Bloomington! I’m sure that we’ll be back soon!

This was a great area for a quick long weekend getaway. The house was very cute and in a nice area. However, this is an older house in an older neighborhood, just to set expectations. It was very convenient walk to the restarants and shops even in the winter.

We stayed at this property for a football weekend and it was perfect. Easy walk to the stadium and a wonderful setup for our family to visit with our son who is an IU student. The house is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided by the hosts. We'll be back!

My husband & I attended IU for both undergrad & grad school, totaling 12 years on campus for various reasons, but had not been back to Bloomington since 2005. The house was so ideal that the adults and the teens wish we had booked it for a longer period. Amazing location for campus life but amenities and style for 20+ year alumni.

Devin's house is perfect for visiting your child at IU. We came down for the weekend to celebrate our son's birthday. The space is lovely and clean and Devin was very good at communication. The record player and albums was a fun addition. Thanks for letting us enjoy this home.

We loved staying here. There was plenty enough room for the two of us and our small dog Elvis. Our son, an IU freshman, stayed Saturday night too. He enjoyed the space too. Hot tub was awesome and an added bonus!

Nice older home with lots of amenities! Very close to everything! The owners were very attentive to all our needs and even went way above to make it a special stay by having a hot cocoa station and chocolates out for a special treat. The home was extra clean and had nice linens.

Our group of friends needed to get away for a weekend of fun and relaxation after an exhausting July due to personal reasons. We found the perfect place to retreat to in this home ❤️ The hosts were fantastic in every way! They were helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The home is beautiful from top to bottom! The perfect mix of old and new! Old being the gorgeous original hardwoods floors 😍 My favorite spot is the enclosed back patio with the BEST hot tub! I can’t say enough good things. Location is perfect for any dining and entertainment downtown and we were only 7 miles from our spot on the lake. 10/10 would recommend you choose this home for your next stay!
