About this house rental
Our house is located in Magganitis village 28kms away from Agios Kirikos (capital city and 1st port) , 19 kms away from Eydilos (2nd port) and 39 kms from the airport.
The house is built on a small slope above the port of the village having the most spectacular view of the blue-green waters of the Icarian sea. It takes (on foot) 1 min to the mini-market, which is near St. Nicholas church, 2 mins to get down to the port from where you can take the boat to the famous Seychelles beach or to have coffee or lunch/dinner in the 2 coffee-restaurants are located there. Also10 mins on foot to the Firodi beach and 2-3 mins by car to visit the other two restaurants located on the east side of the village.
The house is a very old traditional stonehouse (built in the early 1900s) whose renovation finished in 2023. It includes one bedroom with a double bed , bathroom with shower and one large single room with kitchen, dining table and two single beds.The terrace provides an endless view of the Icarian sea.
