Agios Ioannis Solar Cottage - Eco-friendly, Solar Powered

Il cottage, immerso in un giardino favoloso, è appena stato ristrutturato. All’interno ha un’atmosfera accogliente e deliziosamente arredato. La padrona di casa ha pensato a tutto: dalle bottiglie di acqua fresca ai biscotti fragranti appena acquistati al forno locale. Ogni angolo rivela il suo amore per le cose belle e per far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e benvenuti. I letti sono comodissimi, il bagno luminoso e spazioso. La cucina dotata di ogni cosa. L’attenzione per il green e il riciclo è evidente in ogni angolo della casa: dalle ciotoline di ceramica piene di saponette bio, ai detersivi, ai sacchetti per la spazzatura. La casa è fresca e comoda. Il paesino dove trovare i ristorantini o i piccoli negozietti è a 5 minuti di macchina. Le spiagge sono a circa 20 minuti. Se vi sembrano troppo, sbagliate. La strada è un percorso magnifico tra boschi e pinete profumate! Praticamente tutto perfetto

We loved Catriona & Kostas’s little stone home! They were gracious hosts and we really enjoyed talking to them. It was so pretty with tasteful decorations and an impeccably organized kitchen. What a treat to receive eggs, yogurt, Ikarian honey, fruit, coffee, and delicious homemade biscuits supplied for our breakfast. A total bonus was the gardens around their home. fruit trees and an amazing variety of beautiful flowers. Catriona had created a wreath filled with garden herbs and flowers for the front door. Every time you opened the front door the scent welcomed you. Our travel plans included the annual Raches Panagaria. What a wonderful surprise it was to find out it was just a 5 minute walk away from our home. Quick and tireless responses to all of our questions. Any issues were handled promptly with excellent communication. The stone helped maintain a nice temperature and strategic use of curtains during the day helped. Evening fan was also refreshing. Traveling and staying in houses for over 30 years, this was one of our favorites.

Everything was fantastic! There was nothing we didn’t like.

We kunnen met de beste wil van de wereld niets bedenken wat ons niet beviel. We zouden er gaan wonen als dat kon.

Preciosa casa moi ben restaurada. Nun entorno rural moi agradable pero a pouca distancia de Raches. Non é só un lugar para ir durmir, senón para sentirse parte dun territorio e dunha cultura. Destacamos a amabilidade da anfitriona e a súa xenerosa provisión de alimentos e equipamentos.
