Georges & Joanna ont été les meilleurs hôtes que nous ayons eu pendant notre séjour en Grèce. Ils ont une magnifique maison très bien équipée. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Tout correspond aux photos et la terrasse est bien aménagée si vous souhaitez vous y détendre. Les équipements sont modernes, la literie confortable, vous trouverez au sein du logement tous le confort et les installations du quotidien : douche , cuisine, lit, clim , rangement, moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Nous avons été accueillis par Georges et Joanna qui nous ont fourni de précieuses informations sur Akamatra et Evdilos. Ils nous ont également arrangé au mieux au cours de nos déplacements vers le port. En effet, le logement est situé à 15 minutes en voiture du port d'evdilos dans la ville d'Akamatra. Il faut donc être véhiculé pour y accéder. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons ce logement.

The place is magnificent, very spacious, the whole living area, bedroom, amazing brand new shower. Likewise the oudoors area is very beautiful, offering stunning views of the Icarian mountains. It's always fresh and ventilated, but in case the property features also AC.

Η αυλή του καταλύματος είναι ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΗ. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι, υπέροχοι άνθρωποι και τους ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε πάλι !!!

This is one of the best, if not the best, places to stay on Ikaria. We loved everything about the accommodation, the location and the host. This one bedroom apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed with a modern luxurious bathroom. The cherry on the cake is the wrap around massive outdoor terrace for the sole use of the guests. The views from the terrace towards the valley and the mountains are stupendous, not to mention the sunsets. We spent hours relaxing on the terrace enjoying the beauty and peace of the surroundings. The house is only ten minutes walk from the centre of the village of Akamatra where you can sit in the picturesque village square in the shade of the trees sipping coffee or having an authentic Ikarian meal. There are a few hiking routes starting right from the village square for example to Koskina castle or one of the most beautiful trails on the island from Akamatra to the village of Droutsoulas. The village of Petropouli where the trail through Rantis Forest starts is only ten minutes drive away and it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Seichelles beach or the beaches in the north.
