The holiday home is a terraced house, furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny waterfront location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen in the living room 5 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator and electric water boiler. Separate toilet 4 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 single bed. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Sukošan. The holiday house is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and a parking space in the village. 30 EUR per week.
