Cramped room. We were a couple in a king size bed but a single unwanted bed was shoe horned into the already tight space.

Price is a little bit too high for this accommodation.

Great location, Good parking area and safe.

Room is a little bit too small for the price we paid. It needs to be renovated. We couldn’t find somebody at the reception desk. Our room had no soap in the bathroom area or shampoo. The shower hot water handle came off when we turned the water off in the shower.

Loved the balcony sunset evenings ! Gin o,clock! Quality. Bed was a struggle to get out of. Shower was powerful.Towels changed frequently. Pool was a blessing!

Accommodation wise ,nothing, Marta was the perfect host! Communication wise and in person. If you haven’t a room with a kitchen, it’s a 35 minute walk to find somewhere for breakfast, this may well be due to a “pre” high season vacation as several restaurants were closed . There is a bakery close by if it suits.

Great relaxing place

I have booked this villa for a quick relaxing holiday with my mum, in the middle of the May. Room was spacious, comfy beds, kettle, coffee, ensuit, balcony with side sea view . At the rear of the property was pool and sunbeds. We had fresh towels every day and fresh linen every 3rd day. Marta, employee of the villa, was very kind, easy to communicate and responsive on my enquiries. There is a mini market shop 5mins walk, bus stop to Zadar in front of the shop, sea on doorstep, restaurant next doors (yummy food). It had great atmosphere

Lovely stay

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovley relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had messaged before we arrived to ask about transfers, they said they could book one for me for 40 euros or i could try bolt or uber. I booked with bolt and it only cost 12 euros. The room had air conditioning which was brilliant as it was very hot. We didnt use the pool as we spent the say at the beach, dont forget to pack water shoes as these are a must in the beach and sea unless you want sore feet. The bed we slept in was super comfy so we had a great nights sleep. Ive travelled quiet alot and the pillows are normaly thin but the ones at the villa were nice which makes a good nights sleep better. Over all we had a great stay and would come back.

Maybe a kettle and some cups in the room would of made it better. I do like a coffee when i wake up. But i did ask if they had a kettle i could use and was given one to use which was great.

Good for parking near the airport

Nice location, close to the airport and a nice restaurant. Lots of easy parking.

From the pictures we expected an actual kitchen type area, but we had a quite small room with only a mini fridge and kettle

Perfect experience - although weather was quite changeable (late August)..

The apartment is a 10/15 minute drive from the airport. I used the UBER app. to travel to Sukosan and the cost was 12 Euro. The apartment was very clean with modern furnishings, comfortable beds, and a small verandah with a partial sea view which was shaded by an olive tree and surrounded by grape vines and fruit trees. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and took time to chat each day to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. There's a very good restaurant immediately next door and a beach bar, small supermarket and a bakery shop all within a few minutes walk. I visited Zadar old town via UBER which was also a 12 Euro journey - although prices can go up and down depending on the time of day. I only had to use the air conditioning on one night but it's very quiet and efficient. I'd certainly recommend a visit

Superb

Location is great if you are looking to be away from the bigger city, Zadar. The host was very friendly and easy to chat with. Check-in was simple and quick.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a good accommodation for a reasonable price. We got lucky that we got it early, since we went during the heart of tourist season.

Ok stay but well overpriced

The room and the balcony was ok. The bathroom was nice and renovated.

Our room was downstairs and it is constantly noicy. The owners live there with the whole family and there is a lot of screaming, banging doors. It is well overpriced. It's far away from anything.

Spotlessly clean with new furniture & great window screens. Also, nice seafood restaurant next store where we also ate breakfast before departing. Excellent level parking area.

Lovely clean comfortable beds, great air con, massive balcony, brilliant views and had a kettle.

We enjoyed our stay very much but it is not very mobility friendly. My mother uses a walking stick and found the stairs difficult at times.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great right opposite the sea and beach bars a short walk. The pool area was clean. Absolutely recommend this place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Superb

Very comfortable clean room. Big bathroom. Nice terras. The swimming pool was a great addition to the villa. The staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend.

The beach across the street was a pebble beach, that was not very comfortable. But a couple 100m ahead there were nice and more comfortable beaches. Only a minor detail.

Exceptional

Beautiful clean room with big balcony and air-conditioning situated right next to the beach. The property has a well maintained, wonderful size swimming pool. Nice beach restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel but unpleasant owner

Close proximity to restaurants, shops. In front of the beach. Nice balcony with sea view.

Very busy street is just in front of the hotel. Our apartment was facing the street and it was noisy. Due to delayed flight we arrived at 23.45 instead of 21h. The owner was waiting for us and complained that if he knew that we will arrive so late, he wouldnt have accepted the reservation. Check-out time is 10am latest. I have asked if we can check out a bit later since we will have less than 12 hours stay in the hotel. The owner did not agree and he was not at all empathic to our situation - late arrival, problem finding a taxi with a decent rates, child travelling with us. He was keen to please the next customers. Check-in time is anyway at 14h and there was a sufficient time to clean the apartment even if we leave at 12h. On the next morning, not being able to sleep well because of the noise, a person from the hotel came to knock on the door at 10.15h. looking at us in a very angry way and reminding us about the check out time. Our stay was not at all pleasant and I have to pay the full price thought we stayed only 10 hours.

Lovely place to stay!

Beautiful villa, directly opposite the beach, spacious parking lot, great shower and super comfortable bed, very clean, has a swimming pool, great value for money. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommend and would to return.

Superb

The owners are very friendly and were able to help us when we needed something. Also our dog was accepted with no extra cost. The room and whole facilty was clean, beds were very comfotable. The basics (beach, beach bar, small grocery shop, bakery and fruit stalls, 2 restaurants) are all in 3 min max walking distance.

Udany urlop w Villa Sunce

Obiekt ma doskonałą lokalizację, blisko plaży. Z tarasu rozciągał się piękny widok na morze i plażę. Na plaży jest zadbana nowa promenada. Na plaży było czysto, jest wysypana kamieniami. Przed obiektem jest duży parking. W pobliżu jest restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem. i cenami przystępnymi. Niedaleko jest też piekarnia, puby przy plaży. Apartament czysty, zadbany, codziennie sprzątany, wymiana ręczników codziennie, zmiana pościeli co parę dni. Personel miły i pomocny. W obiekcie jest mały basen i leżaki. Ogromny plus za moskitiery w oknach i drzwiach balkonowych. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Mieliśmy balkon i taras. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

W morzu są kamienie i bardzo dużo jeżowców. Ąby dostać się na plażę z obiektu trzeba przejść przez ruchliwą ulicę, dla nas to nie był problem, ale piszę o tym bo dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi mógłby to być minus. Małym minusem jest bardzo mała łazienka z toaletą, ale daliśmy radę.
