The holiday home, built in 1967 and renovated in 2023, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Sukošan. The holiday house is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Die, gegenüber vom Haus, angefangene Bauarbeiten, haben uns ein wenig gestört. Dafür kann keiner was. Schade finden wir die Tatsache, dass es in der Beschreibung nirgendwo vermerkt ist, dass d. Weg zum schönen Strand, wenn man zur Fuss gehen möchte, zuerst an einer Waschanlage und dann über eine sehr befahrenen Straße, führt. Das ist ein sehr großes Problem fur die Familie mit den Kindern.

Vermieter total nett, haben und sofort Zweitschlüssel und Sonnenschirm gebracht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe.
Zentrum ca. 10 Spazierminuten.
Baden zu Fuß nur im Hafengebiet - es sind dort zwar Strände aber nicht das was wir uns erwartet haben.
mit dem Auto ca. 2 bis 5 km gibt es wilde Strände (Stein) mit kristallklarem Wasser.

Vermieter total nett, haben und sofort Zweitschlüssel und Sonnenschirm gebracht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe.
