Very poor quality for a very high price

The apartment is pet friendly

We arrived with a puppy and immediately upon entering she started sniffing and went under the bed and started nibbling on something. I looked under and found some leftover dog kibble, a 2 euro coin and of course a lot of dust. It was obvious that the visible floor was clean, but somebody didn’t care about the equally important surfaces that you “can’t see”. I try not to think about what would happen if she swallowed the coin. Another thing that really bothered me was that the water in the shower didn’t flow as it should. After only a few seconds the water would start to gather up in the shower floor and you would be standing there showering in someone else’s and your own filth and bacteria. Maybe someone else wouldn’t be bothered with it, it was disgusting for me. I can’t say that I’m sure because I really, really didn’t want to look, but I suppose that the drain hasn’t been cleaned for a while so dirt, hair and other stuff are starting to clog it up. Apart from this, I think everything else that the apartment has or lacks is visible in the pictures. The door, isolation and the mattress are really poor quality. For such a price in such a small tourist place I would expect to have mosquito nets on the windows, let alone a sturdy door through which you can’t hear everything and everyone can hear you. I guess in the end it’s our mistake that we chose to succumb to such high prices for such poor quality. I also sent a question to the host through the Booking app, I never got an answer. It wasn’t extra important so it wasn’t a big deal, but still..goes with the rest

We stayed in apartment 4, and apart from the guests in apartment 3, who acted like idiots by talking and laughing loudly outside our door shortly before midnight, everything was fine. But ignorant and inconsiderate people exist everywhere, and the host can't do anything about that.

Modern and spacious apartment

A beautiful modern villa with a spacious and comfortable flat. We could find all we needed in the kitchen.

The property is located a bit further from the beach than expected, which might be something to keep in mind. We tried reaching out to the host via the booking.com platform but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. There was no on-site staff during our stay, and the sound insulation could have been better—we were able to hear other guests quite clearly at times.

Wouldn't stay again as so noisy

The size of accommodation

The noise, we didn't get to sleep all night, the apartment above was so noisy then the apartment next to us. None of us slept. It was horrific you could hear everything. If you want to sleep do not book here. WiFi is really poor too, not enough to load Web pages at any pace or play a podcast. The shower head fell on my head as it was coming apart as the plastic pieces coming off. It was so sore.

A great choice for a short stay

The room and the furniture is new. It has free parking, the wifi is good, there is AC. There is a kitchenette and the bathroom was clean. We stayed for two non-consecutive nights one day apart, so I can confirm they do change the sheets and towels after short-stay guests, which is good. The place is pet friendly. The bed is reasonably comfortable.

While the size of the room is as advertised, it is a bit inconvenient that when the sofa bed is set up as a bed you kinda have to jump over it to actually get to the bathroom. It'd not a big issue for short stays though, and given the price it's not the biggest corner being cut, especially compared to some other things being offered.

There were no sheets to put on the bed, nor any type of clean blankets of any kind. One of the towels that was in the bathroom was dirty, the dishes was also dirty. Overall, it was okay for one night, but would not come back in the same apartment

A pleasent experience

I liked everything about the apartment and the hosts were very professional. Location is great and everything looks good - just make sure to read the negative part of my comment since there is a tiny problem to be fixed by the owner.

A negative thing is i didnt see any pictures of the apartment i rented on booking - there were pictures of other apartments so I assumed im renting one of those. Then it turned out its a smaller apartment. In the end this wasnt an issue since the apartment looked way better than the pictures i got after renting (you get seperate pictures after you rent the apartment). In the end this isnt a huge issue but i felt like i was tricked at first. So all the host has to do is add pics for apartment 7 too. Again, since the owner is really professional this should be easily fixed so i left more-or-less pretty good reviews

Perfect stay for a single traveller

I can highly recommend this accommodation - it's perfect for a single traveler. I communicated with the hosts over WhatsApp, they were very responsive and allowed me to have earlier check-in and later check-out. Very customer oriented. The beach is about 8-10min walk, the same for supermarket (Spar). Great experience!

Modern apartment close to the beach in a quiet part of Bibinje. Beach around 5mins walk, centre of Bibinje around 10 mins walk.

As I was staying in the Villa Navi in the 3rd week of May, I was the only occupant of the villa. But that's just a minor point.
