Le fait que l’appartement est rénové. Les indications pour y accéder sont claires. Situé près des stations de métro, épiceries et pharmacies.
Les poêles pour cuisiner sont endommagées et grafignées faisant en sorte qu’il y a un risque pour la santé si on les utilise. L’ennui majeur est l’air climatisé. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons dû installer nous-même le tuyau de l’air climatisé dans la fenêtre, acheter du ruban collant pour calfeutrer la fenêtre autour du tuyau avec le tissus fourni. De plus, l’appareil coule beaucoup derrière et nous avons dû utiliser de nombreuses serviettes et bols pour recueillir l’eau. Finalement, les drains d’un lavabo de la salle de bain et de la douche sont bouchés, faisant en sorte que la douche a coulé sur le plancher.
