The pool and hot tub was nice and the neighborhood was nice.

All of the rules were incredibly strict and we felt like we couldn’t relax. The alarm on the pool door should have a way to disarm it because it was very inconvenient for my elderly mother to press the button and open the door and remember every single time. We had to pay extra for a parking permit and was not told about street cleaning so we also got a ticket. The property was nice about that and paid the ticket but for so many rules to be posted everywhere there was no notice even on the street about street cleaning. The floor out and around the pool was so dirty that the bottoms of your feet would get black and you felt like you were going to track that into the house. The beds were not very comfortable and everything was fine and nice but always something slightly off about it. For instance, the shower smelled funny for the first minute or two that you ran it. The lamp wouldn’t turn on next to the bed. The air-conditioning and heater were very hard to figure out and to use. The rules for the pool and the hot tub seemed really stern as well for a family visiting. Assigned posted that there could be no loud noise or music at all outside. I understand keeping it down but to not allow music at all outside even it’s fits on a small speaker seems a little over the top, especially in the middle of the day if you’re trying to enjoy the pool. My kids felt like they couldn’t be loud or splash at all because we thought we were going to get kicked out. Also, the pool hours were posted everywhere from 9 AM to 10 PM but we’re early risers and we would’ve liked to been able to use the hot tub before 8 AM as adults who are quiet. The house was just an older property. You could tell they had redone some things, but the floor was warped in some spots and the showers could’ve been updated. The pool table in the game room wasn’t level. Everything was there, but just everything had a little bit of a problem.
