Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVilla+ Mickey's Pool Club-house at Anaheim Disneyland.
Fun remodeled single-family home with a pool and large yard.
Our Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. Enjoy your own private gated pool and watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has just been completely remodeled with families in mind. The Master bedroom has TWO comfortable queen-sized beds and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kid's bedroom with TWO bunk beds (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed. The fourth bedroom has a day bed overlooking the beautiful pool/
Our brand new living area has a huge 55 inch LG TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. A cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. Outside you will find a sparkling gated pool. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs while watching the kids swim. In the garage, you will find a brand new Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.
A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.
We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit

City Mandated "quiet time" from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Hot Tub, and Back Yard are off-limits during these times.
Max Occupancy - 11 individuals including infants and daytime visitors
Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.
Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back-yard area.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, NO vaping, and NO marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed.
Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.
Cancellation processing fee:
90 or more days prior to arrival – $100 cancellation fee
60 – 0 days prior to arrival – No Refunds / No Change of Dates

The home worked well for our family, Host was friendly and accommodating. Hot tub, patio and pool were great. I would stay again. Issues: Some sheets were polyester after I confirmed with the host that they would all be cotton. The furniture was similar to pictured, but very well worn, one dining chair was broken and the dishwasher in disrepair. Gaming system was gone. The house was mostly very clean, with the exception of some sticky spots and dried food on the floor and a dirty carpet.Things to know: One of the beds in the double queen room has an extremely thick foam topper that caused the sheets to come off constantly. There is a crib available that is not pictured that is a little smaller than standard, but clean and can be rolled into another room. There is no interior door to the garage and it would be very tight for two cars. Beds were overall comfortable, towels and kitchen stocked. No condiments or coffee available. Washer and Dryer were in great shape and soap provided.Walk to Disney was doable. Hope that helps!

The host was great and responsive but it honestly got confusing who to contact. The pool was not in great condition (leaves everywhere) but we appreciated being reimbursed when the pool didn’t actually heat up. The rules felt quite a bit overwhelming but the binder was nice. Overall would probably stay again.

Overall my family and I had a nice stay at the Mickey Pool house. It was close enough to walk to the parks (25 mins to the park entrances) or a short uber for the sore feet after a long day. The house was clean and had plenty of sleeping room for everyone. The property staff seemed very friendly and quick to respond. Docking a star for missing some essential items that I felt all rentals should have such as paper towels and supplies to make coffee (since two coffee machines were provided). Especially for out of town visitors who aren’t bringing anything and don’t have easy access to groceries. I would stay there again, however.

Location to park was great. House was cute and accommodating. Just a few issues mentioned below.
The beds were uncomfortable. Some barely had support and looked as if they were going to give out. The water in the showers did not get hot. The kitchen had constant roaches in the dishwasher and on counters.
