PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.
Our home is located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 20 - 25 minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the front yard. Enjoy quiet, hassle free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

+ Current REG Permit #REG2022-00028
+ Max Occupancy - 13 individuals including infants (8 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 3 vehicles MAX in garage and driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You MUST be 25 years or older to rent our properties
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Our stay from May 3–7 was very disappointing, especially for the premium price charged for this home. While the location was convenient to Disneyland and the house was large enough for our group, the overall condition and upkeep were unacceptable.When we arrived, the garbage cans were already completely full. We contacted Shari and were told they were short staffed, but for a rental advertised to accommodate 13 guests, basic cleanliness and preparation should already be handled before check-in.The refrigerator could not properly keep our food cold. We were later told it was because the refrigerator was ‘too full,’ but if a home is marketed for large groups, the kitchen appliances should be able to support a family’s food storage needs. We came back from Disneyland to find food warm, milk not properly chilled, and hamburger meat leaking blood because it had not stayed cold enough. Trying to cook with spoiled meat during a family vacation was extremely frustrating.The kitchen utensils and cookware were also in poor condition — many looked old, burnt, and inadequate for cooking meals for a large family. There were little to no cleaning supplies available, which made handling issues even harder. The pool lights only worked by tripping the breaker, and several things around the property gave the impression that the owner does not take pride in maintaining the home.This property has potential because of its size and location, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall ac
