5 Luxurious bedrooms equipped with magnificent furnishings, linens and towels. Situated on an over 14,000 sq ft lot, this 2800 sq ft homes is the dream getaway. Parking can accommodate 4 cars. A Master suite with King bed, 2 guest suites with 1 Queen Bed each and 2 kids bedrooms with bunk beds. (4 Bunk Beds, each bunk bed is a twin bed over a full bed, 4 twins and 4 fulls) . The home is equipped with luxurious linens and bedding.
Please make sure to choose the $89 property protection, otherwise you will be asked to pay a$3000 damage protection deposit.
QUITE HOUR RULES: The City of Anaheim does not allow the use of pools and Jacuzzi from 10:00pm to 9:00 am. This strictly enforced. The front and rear of the property have security cameras. The pool area is monitored by the rear security camera.
The yard alone is 8000 sq ft. The yard and patios surround the resort quality pool and Jacuzzi. Lots of room for children to play and the adults to relax. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the yard and pool. The pool area is completely fenced for child safety.
Gourmet kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including 5 burner range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are two separate dining rooms with oversize dining tables. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware, utensils, storage containers, dishes and glasses.
Included is a washer and dryer, 5 large screen TVs with movie channels and internet access. An extra-large living room and sofa that can seat 10 people.

This is the house you want. I looked at other properties and was happy to come across Alan's. Large spacious house with comfortable rooms. Large 6ft deep pool. Spa. No extra charge to heat pool and spa which I saw on other listings. Only a few mins from. Disneyland. Alan was quick to respond with questions. We would stay here again.

We had such a great stay! It had everything we needed and more, but we especially loved the pool, spa, ping pong table and pool table for the kids! It was clean, modern with a fully stocked from the kitchen for cooking to plenty of pool towels. Alan was a great host, very responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again for our next Disney trip

We stayed here with a multigenerational family of 10. Everyone agreed the house was perfect. We requested an early check in due to our flight arrival and Alan immediately accommodated. Check in was seamless. The house had everything we could ask for and more. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The kids loved their bedrooms and the pool was an immediate hit. Alan contacted us shortly after we arrived and walked us thru a few things and assured us if we needed anything to call him. There was everything we needed for every meal and the bbq was well used. I would recommend this house to anyone ……it was very clean and the host has honestly thought of everything. We drove to Disneyland everyday because we had younger children, but it was a quick, short drive. I honestly believe staying in this house added to our amazing family vacation.
