About this house rental
This cute pool home is perfect for two families. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom. Upgraded carpet is in all bedrooms, and laminate wood flooring is used throughout the rest of the home.
An open-concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances—a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—is also available. Beautiful French doors lead to the dining room, which comfortably seats ten, with additional seating at the breakfast table and kitchen counter.
The garage game room is located in the garage. It has Stiga Ping Pong, a 3-in-1 table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong top), and cubbies with toys and games. In addition, strollers, a high chair, a pack-n-play, and a booster chair are available for your infant and toddler. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest's use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The family room has a 51 TV with a DVD player. A couch with a queen sleeper sofa and High-speed wireless internet are included. Central heating and air conditioning
Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs.
This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

At the top is the communication. So fast and so helpful. It was exactly what was listed. The house was super clean and well stocked. Awesome decor inside and comfortable beds. Loved the two rooms with attached bathrooms. We loved the relaxing backyard. We had a great time bbqing, swimming in warm pool, and hot tub. We had many laughs and fun in game room. The neighborhood was great. We WILL be back to this house again. Thank you "

1st off, check in. There was a snafu on the texts and emails to get into the house. I called the company. Wow! Carolyn came across and I believe she really cared about me and my family, making sure we got settled quickly and without any more fuss, a HUGE Thank You to Carolyn. And at the end she made sure we actually had a great time, no other issues!!! So her and the company do take care of the property. That said the property is as advertised, yes they have some rules that seem strict, p.m. quiet hrs, which when you are there make since, its a nice, safe neighborhood, quiet. It is a LONG walk from D-land. Take an Uber. Less than 10 for regular car, we used a van for 6 plus stroller for 15-17. Same coming home at 11pm! Well worth it. House does show some wear and tear as others have said but I'd love to critique the homes of those who said don't stay there because of it!! LOL Yes the shower heads could be cleaned maybe to get a bit more pressure, that's pretty small item and about the limit of my complaints, so there. 4 bedrooms 2 with own full baths. 2 others with bunk beds that are oversized, not regular twins. All have tv's in them plus living room. Kitchen large enough for 2 to work, almost everything you need. I wish they had a Keruig style coffe maker, only had drip. Stores are relatively close by. Pool and spa are great. Hot spa after D-land for this older body was fantastic and the younger ones bounced back and forth between pool.Great value, quiet.

Our family was in town for a competition at the convention center. The home was in a great location and close to everything. The pool and hot tub were really nice and I enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. The host was responsive.
