Welcome to Castle House 1, located in one of the most sought-after, family-friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door, it’s an easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and you can enjoy fireworks from your private backyard! This home offers quiet, hassle-free access to Disney and all nearby shops and entertainment. The property features a recently renovated pool and a brand-new kitchen. More photos coming soon!

• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
• Parties of any type are not allowed. If you plan a gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy or parking limits, this is not the home for you.
• Outdoor music or activities that could disturb neighbors are not permitted.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
City & Property Regulations:
• REG Permit #: REG2023-00027
• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests (10 adults max). Additional guests after booking incur a fee.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Parking: max 3 vehicles in driveway (fits 3 minivans), must not block sidewalk. One car may park on the street with a city permit. No RVs or trailers.
• City-mandated Quiet Time: 10 PM – 9 AM. Outdoor spaces off-limits during these hours.
• Guests must comply with city regulations; failure may result in fines or legal action.
• Reservations over 10 nights may incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Check-ins/outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
• STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (only charged if house rules are violated).
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
Payment & Security:
• Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Bookings within 30 days of arrival require extra screening, background checks, and proof of payment.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard to ensure compliance with city rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record audio. Use of amenities is at your own risk.

This was a great place for our big group. We did super quick and not expensive Uber rides to Disney. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating stuff.The spa area of the pool was warm but temperamental.The property is showing signs of age such as floor wear and hollow core doors coming apart.Didn't realize that 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs without a bathroom on that level.Quiet neighborhood.Close to the park.

Amazing pool and a great location! The bedrooms were great and we loved having a big livingroom to hang out as a family!The floors in the kitchen/living room are falling apart. And, unfortunately, we had a sink that wouldnt drain, we called the property management twice and they said they would send out plumbers but unfortunately they didnt fix it and we only had 2 sinks for 5 of our 7 days.

The location to Disney Parks was as described, within 20 minute walking distance through Downtown Disney. The pool with slide and hot tub was amazing for the entire family. However, there were torn chaises and only one kids life jacket when they accept 8 kids. The house layout was good, except for no bathroom on top floor that sleeps up to 6. The pictures are not what we arrived to. No wall behind kitchen table, no leather furniture, car bedroom was in poor shape. Our low ratings are due to the old mattresses that squeak, have lumps with pillows being the same. The sheets were polyester and so smothering. No one slept well at all. The steps had blue tape on them to cover loose hazardous treads. Kitchen floor had cracks that caught toes along with holes in walls. It was in significant disrepair. Did not feel safe with wobbly chairs. Whoever owns this needs to fix it up for the amount of money they are charging.
