Our host Yan, was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions and needs. The property is well kept and the inside was clean and large enough for people to move about without being crowded. Parking for three cars off street and additional spaces on the street. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to shopping and eating out. Kitchen has room for cooking and prep. One Master bedroom with ensuite and three more bathrooms. Other bedrooms have easy access to bathrooms. Garage is game room with pool table, and arcade games. Would rent again if we had need for house for our large group.

Yan gave excellent customer service great communication with us. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were very comfortable also. The kitchen was set up well and plenty of dishes. Refrigerator was large and A/C worked fantastic. Bathrooms were clean and nice size. Thank you Mary F.
