Nice apartment clean tidy most things u need are already there

The location of the apartment is great. It’s around a 5-10 minute walk to the waterfront. The communication with the owner was great and she told us where to get the key from and where to use the fob, cause that was a bit confusing on the first night arriving. But we got there and the apartment is on the top floor of the building with a great view from the balcony. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels in the wardrobe and on the bed for us to use. The bedroom also had a fan for when it gets hot (we only used it once and just kept the windows open). The blinds in the bedroom are great blackout blinds. The bed is reasonably comfortable. There was no duvet, but there are blankets in the wardrobe if you get cold. The bathroom was nice and clean with a powerful shower head and even a washing machine if needed. The living room/kitchen is comfortable with a large tv on the wall. The kitchen has everything you need, there was even pasta, rice, herbs and spices, honey, oil, etc in the drawers which was a nice touch! There is a smaller Dialprix supermarket about a minute walk away for smaller top up groceries, and a large HiperDino in Siam Mall about a 5 minute walk away. You can find everything you need in them. The balcony is nice as well, especially in the morning when the sun rises. It’s got a dryer rack as well, which is great to dry towels and swimming clothes on. There’s a dust pan and brush as well to give the apartment a little clean in between (there is a vacuum cleaner in de bedroom if you need to give it a good clean). All in all we had a great stay and definitely recommend this apartment for couples when going to Tenerife! (The pictures added are from the end of our stay)

The shower stopped giving hot water after around 4 minutes and you’re left with lukewarm water. It’s not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when you’re halfway through washing your hair. Some folding chairs on the balcony would have been nice to enjoy sitting outside. Please put a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer. That was the only thing we were missing.

Location was good, although very noisy due to the proximity of the highway. The apartment is nicely equipped, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV, good Wifi, towels, bed linens. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy.

During the day it could get quite hot, since it's the top floor and there is no AC (we knew this, but thought that at the end of October it won't be a problem). Noise of the highway was strong with opened windows (and with closed windows it was too hot, so you had to chose). Bed was not the most comfortable. From time to time bad odor came from the bathroom, so we kept the door closed and window opened. Overall since we spent most of our days outside of the apartment these things weren't a major disturbance.
