2 maal verbleven. Eerste maal 2 nachten met Oud en Nieuw. Tweede maal de week erna.
De locatie is goed, metro en bus naar Lille op 100 m. Goede keuken om zelf kleine gerechten te maken.
Enkele pijnpunten . Bij binnenkomst is de hall vies ! Vandaar de slechte indruk die huurders krijgen. Beetje verf en wat afdekplaten kunnen de boel opfrissen. Opgelet dit is de ingang voor 3 appartementen waarin andere mensen vast wonen. (Het appartement zelf is volledig gerenoveerd .) Geen TV zoals beloofd. Te weinig glazen en borden voor langere periode. Daar men moet afwassen zijn er zeker 2 a 3 keukenhanddoeken nodig. Nu was er 1 klein doekje. In de volledig gerenoveerde badkamer moet de verhuurder de 2 schuiven onder het wasbekken dringend kuisen en oude/vuile zeep en vuile poetsdoeken verwijderen !!! Verhuurder moet ook dringend iets doen aan de rechter poot van de zitbank in salonnetje. Deze zit volledig los en moet vastgezet worden. (Dan kan de televisie misschien terugkomen op zijn plek voor de sofa.....) Deze slaap/zitbank zakt door ! Ook is contact met gastheer onmogelijk. Telefoonnummer en mailadres zoals opgegeven door Booking.com is niet bereikbaar ! Enkel toen we de tweede maal hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht kwam de bevestiging direct en instructies voor sleutelcode van verhuurder direct per sms. Antwoorden ging niet.

rien du tout établissement non conforme à la description tout était bancale.
pas de télévision , remonté d’égout dans la douche , un canapé qui tient sur 3 pieds. HORRIBLE des assiettes cassés un frigo cassé

Bon appartement pour un séjour, très bien situé mais le logement m’a paru insalubre. Dommage.
L’endroit de l’appartement était bien situé La literie était confortable
-Il n’y a pas la télé et internet comme indiqué dans l’annonce. -Les murs était sale, je ne sais pas si c’est de la moisissure ou autres -La plaque de cuisson ne reconnaît pas les casseroles fournit -Deux portes ont des marques de coup de pied -La cuvette des toilettes est mal fixé -Le stratifié de la cuisine commence à se décoller - produit vaisselle non inclu ( j’en ai racheter!) - le propriétaire n’est pas joignable au téléphone

Le lieu est très sale ne ressemble à aucun cas aux photos , pas de télévision , la 2eme chambre lit est au sol , odeur de cigarette rapport qualité prix ne vaut pas ce que c’est .

L’appartement est confortable en ce qui concerne la chambre et le salon.
La wifi ne fonctionne pas, une mauvaise odeur s’échappe de la douche, l’évier de la cuisine est bouché et l’eau de la douche est tiède.
