Perhaps haps removed rugs with dogs as we found they held a lot of hair and dust and took them up on

lovley flat very clean and comfortable we had to phone laura the house keeper as we left something she was very helpful and sorted it very quick thank you
when we booked i cant remember seeing anything about stairs to flat as i am disabled my husband had to carry my mobility chair up stairs but we managed but may have been my fault not sure every else very nice
