Saltwater Apartment met our needs perfectly.

Very good location,. We particularly liked having the patio door at the rear; it would be great to sit out (outdoor furniture was provided) in the warmer months. We liked the decor theme.

Mum, daughter and dog break away!

Lovely property in a great location. We didn't use the facilities this time as we had our dog with us but the Village atmosphere and facilities were great. The accommodation was just as pictured with a lovely big bedroom and very comfortable bed. The hosts were great keeping in touch and available via WhatsApp. Lovely touches tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and tea cloths. Really enjoyed the lovely size bath and cozying up to watch telly after a day braving the weather by the sea. Highly recommended.

Nothing instructions shared ahead if day really clear with helpful follow up.Easy stress free break in a lovely presented accommodation.

Lovely apartment in a gorgeous area. Greats walks along the beach into Filey. Just a great location around.

Amazing property in a gorgeous location. Loved there was some toilet roll and cleaning up equipment. Hosts are lovely ensuring you have a great time.

It could have been a bit cleaner and some things are broken. Needs some tlc but it didn’t stop us enjoying our week.

The rug in the bedroom was a trip hazard. Only other thing there wasn't a plug next to a mirror to dry and straighten hair do makeup etc. be nice added extra with a dressing table in bedroom for guests.

Location was ok, a lovely beach to walk into Filey. I guess being at the start of the season you could expect some facilities to be closed but that didn't really bother us. On site pub a little expensive for what it was.

The apartment was quite rough around the edges. WiFi did not work on arrival, but was sorted. Insufficient glasses and a bit of a cutlery mish mash. Decor tired, it's in need of painting and a cosmetic face-lift. Under the sofa bed was appalling. Food and rubbish left uncleaned. Perhaps not the owners day to day responsibility, but if you rely on your cleaners to do a thorough job, they aren't. Bin lid was broken on arrival. Not one we would revisit. I have a video but can't post it.

Nice holiday home within mini estate

Really nice apartment within a little holiday park that looks like a mini estate. Cute. Short walk to the entertainment area and pool... An extra few minutes to the beach. Also not too far of a drive to Filey and Bridlington, if you decide to visit those areas. Deffo recommend it. Great price and the owners are always on hand if there's an issue.

The pool , sauna and gym were great. Lovely apartment, everything we needed comfy bed and warm. Great location for visiting the area. Easy walk to the beach. Patio nice, especially as its east facing so great sitting with a drink in the morning.

Great location, ground floor, warm and cosy

The property is in general need of redecorating and it is lacking in some basic equipment, as it is dog friendly it could benefit from a dustpan and brush as there is no vacuum cleaner and only an old ew bank is provided. There are no small sharp knives or peeler, pizza tray or cutter, there is only one wine glass, no hair dryer, the headboard is broken on the bed so it has to be propped up and the shower head is broken so it won’t stay up and produces a trickle, making showering hard work. Some of these are simple fixes of which a few have been mentioned before.

Beautiful apartment, but No Hot Tub!

The apartment itself was excellent. Beautifully furnished and everything you could need. Communication with Nick, the owner was outstanding. I would definitely come again, knowing there is no hot tub.

There was No Hot tub/jacuzzi as advertised. We even went to the reception to ask about the spa and they confirmed that they didn't have a hot tub/jacuzzi, other than private ones in the houses. Please remove this from the description. The shower head didn't stay up when the shower was on and so it was frustrating. The pool was very cold, but that's not the owners fault.
