The location is good and easy to get around Cancun with local restaurants nearby.
There was no hot water throughout the stay so I had to have cold showers everyday. I couldn't close the window at night because the air conditioning pipe needed to go through it as it wasn't engineered to go through the wall which meant there were bugs in the room and I had bite marks all over my body. The toilet didn't flush properly and the seat was broken. The rug in the room was dirty.
