I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Occidental Costa Cancún! From the beautiful beachfront location and stunning ocean views to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything made my stay truly enjoyable. The resort has a great atmosphere, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun. The beach was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the service from the staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Not enough nice seating in the only 2 bars lobby and beach.

It's pretty loud almost all the time with music/entertainment which isn't great when you have a baby but may just be a Mexico thing

Clean and everyone was nice
My wife was feeling very sick but they would not let me take a hamburger to the room for her.
