La instalación es una vivienda equipada a 100%, muy cómoda con una terraza increíble con unas vistas de postal, tiene una piscina enorme en la urbanización y todos los vecinos muy agradables.
Se encuentra a 5 minutos de la playa andando y 15 al centro del Denia, lo tiene todo cerca, supermercados, bares, restaurantes y se conecta muy bien a las carretas.
Realmente no se puede pedir mas.
Lo tranquila que es la urbanización con portero 24h y parking para 2 vehículos.
La piscina de agua salada, enorme y con césped y sus sobrillas de paja.
Admite mascotas !!

We liked the quiet location- 30minutes walk from Denia centre with fields to one side was convenient for us. The views of Montgo, the castle and a distant sea view from the huge balcony were breathtaking. The apartment has plenty of storage and is well equipped. We were relieved to be able to pick up and leave the keys with the 24 hour security caretakers as we did not have a car. There was a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. We would happily rebook another year.
The price seems much dearer since we booked!
The beach closest to the apartment is not the best part of Las Marines beach.

Great quality apartment. Clean and well resourced.
Great kitchen.
Veranda was lovely for "breakfast" sun.
Pool was available and will be great for swimming as the weather gets warmer.
Consierge service included.
Easy access to shopping and Denia.
The local tennis club was very welcoming and close to the apartment..providing all racquet sports.
Amazing sports complex also on the doorstep.
Very minor issues..chopping board could do with being replaced for example.
