The owner, Michael, met us on arrival, having contacted us beforehand to ask what time we expected to arrive.
The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean and very well-appointed. It was on the quayside and just a few minutes stroll from the centre of Kinsale. The town was busy, vibrant, with an excellent choice of bars and restaurants.

The location was perfect and close to all amenities, The apartment was in pristine condition on arrival and the communication was brilliant from day one with Michael the property owner . I would highly recommend. Pleasure to deal with

Liked the Great communication - much appreciated thanks Michael. Also, really liked Helen (cleaner / carer) who we had the priviledge of meeting - so delightful & friendly. We enjoyed the chinwag, even if we could not understand one another's accents at times - lol.
Overall the apartment was excellent and clean - just the kitchen drawers and items within possibly needed a little more attention in cleaning and tidying.
