La ubicación cerca del centro, se podía estacionar cerca, en planta baja! El anfitrión Daniel muy atento,respondió muy bien todas nuestras consultas.
Faltarían algunas cosas de uso en cocina, básicas para q quede todo perfecto(Daniel nos resolvió algunas cosas)

Casa pulita funzionale pratica. Posizione ideale per l'accesso al centro e per il parcheggio auto.
Presenza di umidità nell'abitazione e il bagno con accesso dalla cucina. Presenza a volte di odore per il ritorno fognario.

Bardzo czysto, apartament to dwie sypialnie, kuchnia, łazienka. Samodzielne łatwe zameldowanie, instrukcja wysłana przez obsługę przez whats app. Kuchnia i łazienka w pełni wyposażone, była suszarka do włosów. Poczęstunek dla gości. Świetna lokalizacja, kilkanaście minut przyjemnego spaceru na Ortigię. Parkowanie w uliczkach, za darmo.
Brzydki zapach wilgoci, mieszkanie ciemne, wilgotne i zimne (pobyt na początku kwietnia), na parterze. Ogrzewanie tylko w kuchni. Gdy kilka sprzętów było włączonych, to prąd się wyłączał. Niewygodne poduszki. Właściciel chciał zapłaty podatku, mimo że opłata przez booking zawierała wszystkie opłaty i podatki.
