Si trova in una strada privata, molto silenziosa, se siete bravi a fare retromarcia potete anche mettere l'auto davanti alla casa. Il piano inferiore anche d'estate rimane fresco. Self check in rapido e semplice
Al piano superiore serve un condizionatore per i mesi estivi, le lenzuola del letto e le federe del cuscino andrebbero cambiate di volta in volta...abbiamo lavato noi le federe. Forte odore di chiuso/vecchio al piano superiore specialmente Il bagno è solo al piano superiore... In generale un po' fatiscente, A queste condizioni abbasserei il prezzo da 55 a 45 magari.
