Pessimo
La struttura appena arrivati si presentava i. Perfette condizioni, l’unica cosa, faceva veramente molto caldo e l’aria condizionata non andava. Ci ho provato i tutti i modi ma non funzionava, infatti c’era anche un ventilatore. Un solo splitter dell’aria condizionata in tutta casa, in camera. Siamo arrivati molto tardi e non era possibile contatta i proprietari. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene contattando la struttura. Il giorno dopo ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto il problema, ma come avevo detto non si poteva stare lì a 31 gradi. Quando gli abbiamo detto che ci eravamo sistemati anche per la seconda serata siamo più stati considerati. Giorni dopo gli ho chiesto più volte di essere risarcito e non abbiamo più avuto risposta né da loro, né da Booking. Bruttissima esperienza ed host inesistente.

Poco curato ed accogliente
Ho trovato la struttura poco curata e poco accogliente. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, ho persino trovato un capello incastrato tra le pieghe dell’asciugamano da doccia e dei capelli sulla federa di un cuscino del letto. Le foto presenti su Booking non rispecchiano lo stato attuale della struttura. Non mi sono trovata a mio agio e non vedevo l’ora di tornare a casa! Peccato, non è stata una piacevole esperienza.
