Picking up the keys for the inner door was easy, but the instructions for opening the outer door were tricky; I was never told that after entering the code, I needed to press and hold the "Enter" button to open the door—something that caused us some difficulty. I did not like at all being asked to send photos of our passports to a personal email address rather than through the Booking platform,this goes against Booking's recommendations that all communications including payment regarding the booking should take place via the platform, and I consider this unacceptable

L’établissement était à côté de toutes les commodités. À côté des transports (bus) mais aussi de la gare.

L’établissement était super, seul bémol, la douche. Pas d’eau chaude seulement de l’eau tiède… il était compliqué d’utiliser uniquement le petit jet d’eau car l’eau coulait aussi du haut.

Confort complessivo. Caratteristico il borgo popolare.

Ascensore esterno lento ed esposto al sole diventa un forno.

L' appartamento è carino, si trova in un posto tranquillo. La camera e il bagno erano ben puliti. L' arredamento è nuovo e funzionante.

Il letto o meglio il divano letto era tanto scomodo, non ho riposato, mi svegliavo in continuazione. Il phon non ha potenza per asciugare i capelli, infatti ho evitato di lavare i capelli per non trovarmi con i capelli bagnati. L' host è stato davvero tanto scortese, l'ho chiamato perché è saltata la corrente e mi ha risposto con tono offensivo e irrispettoso, era la mia vacanza..non volevo farmela rovinare e non ho neanche risposto. Penso che il rispetto sia alla base di ogni rapporto. Sconsiglio la struttura per il trattamento scortese ricevuto.
