Stan vrlo komforan i udoban. Pomocni lezaj i bracni krevet vrlo udobni. Kupatilo i kuhinja odlicno opremljeni. Parking garaza odlicna.

Dobra komunikacija, privat parkirno mesto v garaži
Všeč nama je bila lokacija, dober wifi, razgled, postelja, privat parkirno mesto v garaži in oprema stanovanja. Komunikacija z gostiteljem je bila hitra, ažurna, enostavna.
V videu, ki je priložen zelo natančnim navodilom, kako pridemo v garažo, ni zapornice, ki je očitno bila dodana/ zgrajena kasneje. Zato sva krožili okoli sklopa teh blokov in iskali dostop do garaže brez zapornice. Torej, najprej je potrebno parkirati nekje, potem se gre v zgradbo do stanovanja po ključe, kjer se nahaja tudi daljinec za dvig zapornice, potem se gre nazaj dol v avto in šele zdaj v garažo. Ali pa ažurirati navodila za vstop.

Das Apartment ist in einer Top Lage. Die Ausstattung Sauberkeit und die Umgebung sind echt Top. Die Beschreibung zur Schlüsselübergabe ist bestens Beschrieben genau so wie der Parkplatz und die Müllentsorgung. Das Apartment ist im 10 Stock deswegen kann man Türen und Fenster bei gutem Wetter dauernd geöffnet lassen. Es besteht aber auch an Jedem Fenster und jeder Tür Fliegenschutzgitter. Der Balkon ist auch sehr gut angelegt man kann zu jeder Tageszeit draußen sitzen ohne der Sonne ausgeliefert zu sein. Das Apartment ist mit allen Notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein echt Traumhaft Modern und dennoch Gemütliches Apartment. Der Ansprechpartner ist sehr Nett und bemüht in allen Fragen und Angelegenheiten zu helfen.
Die extra Anmeldung und das ganze Prozedere das ich schon mal bei Booking hatte musste ich nun erneut durchmachen. Und ich musste erneut meine Daten hinterlegen was nicht im Sinne des Kunden ist. Selbst für die Bewertung auf der eigenen Webseite wollten sie erneut Mail Adresse und Account. Deswegen hatte ich die Wohnung da nicht bewertet. Ich gebe ungerne meine Daten weiter.
