CONFALONIERI21 Isola cozy apartment by Hospity

The location is great and the property was in a very good condition. I could not fault the facilities or the interaction I had with the host. The price was quite high, but we booked during Milan design week and last minute so I assume this is to be expected.

There are two points of feedback I would give: 1) To get the information to check in, we had to follow a link provided by the host and submit additional information as well as photos holding our ID's next to our faces. I also had to sign a 8 page contract. I believe that the data collected was standard for any hotel or rental service but I can't deny that the process felt a more invasive than what I was used to and that was offputting. 2) When we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I didn't expect the sofa bed to be made for us, but at least to have the bedding available as I was travelling with a colleague and not a partner. However, this was solved the evening of the arrival. I suggest that the host / booker communicate in advance if extra bedding is needed or that it is provided in the apartment.

Überraschung inklusive GEBUCHT: moderner Glasbau 🏙️ mit Stellplatz VORGEFUNDEN: der Altbau gegenüber mit „echtem Mailänder Charme“ und statt dem Stellplatz eine Wohnung im 3.OG ohne Aufzug Nach dem ersten „HUCH!“ haben wir uns jedoch richtig wohlgefühlt. INNEN: modern, sauber, bequem, großzügig – und für unsere vierköpfige Familie perfekt! LAGE: perfekt ANSPRECHPARTNER: erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat zugesichert, uns die Kosten für die Tiefgarage zu erstatten TIPP an künftige Gäste: Nicht vom ersten Blick täuschen lassen – drin ist es schöner, als man von draußen denkt! Die Fotos in der Anzeige zeigen den Ausblick 🏙️ gegenüber ist die Realität 😄 alles andere ist 1:1 genau so wie auf den Bildern. ÜBERRASCHUNG: vielen Dank für den Wein, das Wasser und das Wellnesspaket 😉

Die Verwirrung wegen des Hauses 🥴 und den PKW Stellplatz.

Jól felszerelt, tiszta lakás. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, szép tiszta környék. Teljesen rendbe találtuk. A tulajdonos intézte a parkolást (25€/nap), így azzal is minden rendben volt; és közelebb is volt, mint gondoltuk. a tulajdonát végig segítőkész és elérhető volt. Minden flottul ment. Külön örültünk a légkondicionálónak.

Csak 2 készlet törölköző volt bekészítve pedig négyen voltunk. De jeleztük, hogy nem gond, megoldjuk (volt nálunk saját), így ez miatt nem jár a pontlevonás :-) Mindenesetre érdemes figyelniük erre a jövőben.
