La atención y paciencia de la dueña, la preparación y limpieza del apartamento y la plaza de aparcamiento.
La terraza no tenía iluminación por lo que no se podía cenar. El ventilador de la habitación de matrimonio (apartamento 17) no funcionaba bien y la piscina estaba bastante sucia.
