A charming property. We had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. It was just a short walk to the square where there are plenty of places to eat. Near to the bus stop too.

Position next to the square and a short walk to the castle. Also, comfy beds and the bedrooms being on separate floor gave the feeling of private space

Nothing really, it was extremely good value

Lovely flat spacious 2bedrooms near to all restaurants and shops and 20 mins walk to old medieval cite.It has everything you need for holiday in Carcassonne. Response from owner and booking.com when we locked ourselves out !! Would recommend a stay here !

Didn’t have hair dryer!.(not really a problem.) To get in you have to negotiate two lots of key pads. And remember 2 lots of codes. For us we had to write them down and refer to them each time we went in./out Not problem until one didn’t work and we were left outside the flat! Could have been instructions in the flat or instructions given with codes ,on how to clear and go again if you got caught out rather than panicking we were going to be stranded for the night and then needing to call owner and Booking.com customer services to get back in.

Good location and spacious

The tenant next door locked the front door from the inside so we couldn’t get in upon arrival. After a lot of confusion from the owner and multiple calls, we were finally let in. There is tenant in the shop next door which wasn’t mentioned in the posting - there is no proper second door in the hallway; it’s a medal gate with a curtain so many noises carry at night.
