About this apartment rental

Very close to the Canal, the apartment is in a very quiet area and a small secure residence. On the first floor, the terrace faces the swimming pool reserved for the occupants of the residence. The swimming pool is open between mid-June and mid-September. The apartment is spacious (45m2), quiet, well equipped, ideally located for holidays. Air conditioning since 2023.

You can reach the Cité, the Bastide and the banks of the Aude on foot, or by bike / car Transport is 5 minutes away on foot (bus, airport shuttle) and the train station is 10 minutes away.

Appartement super bien placé par rapport au centre de carcassonne et à 30 minutes à pied de la cité. Super propre en arrivant et l'accueil était vraiment au top. Le gros plus : le lit fait en arrivant et un "kit de survie" avec ce qu'il faut dans les placards et le frigo pour les 1ers jours. Nous recommandons vivement !

L'appartement est situé près du canal du midi dans un quartier calme. Nous pouvons nous rendre en ville et à la cité sans prendre le véhicule.
