Un immense merci pour leur confiance qu’ils nous ont accordé pour une belle soirée. La maison était parfaite, très belle, très bien décoré, très bien équipée et nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé. En plus, l’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du tram, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ! Encore merci !

Všetko bolo vyzeralo tak, ako to bolo inzerovane.
Po príchode do Tours sme sa nevedeli spojiť s majiteľkou,ktorá nám nebrala telefón a ani neodpovedala na správy.Pretoze bolo už 21:00,museli sme riešiť situáciu. Objednali a zaplatili sme si iné ubytovanie na 1 noc s tým,že nasledujúci deň vyriešime toto ubytovanie. Keď sme tak spravili,vtedy mám majiteľka poslala správy s kódmi dverí a inými informáciami, no už bolo neskoro a platba bez možnosti bezplatného zrušenia nám prepadla. Doteraz sme od majiteľky alebo Booking.com nedostali náhradu,čo považujeme za maximálne neprofesionálne.
