I like the location, the apartment so big can accomodate many. Also clean and comfortable. 2 refrigerator which we only use one. Washing machine to do laundry. The building also has dryer service at level 5
The master bedroom cramped with 1 double bed and bunk bed. The spring mattress has seen better days. Should be changed. The mattress at other rooms more comfortable. No lock mailbox to keep our key so if any of us come back early they can just take from mailbox

location was great easy to go anywhere u want and room clean kitchen all good easy to use.
air conditon all new room are clean and big room for big family value for money.

Preparation of the clean beds and rooms/space for the guests. Clean toilets. Liivng hall is spacious. Timely responses via WhatsApp. Extra fans placed in the living hall.
The aircon's compressors were very noisy and affected the people staying in that one room. Some part of the floor were sticky and dusty. The mailbox were full of flyers, letters and brochures. It wasn't a good first impression when we pick up the door access card and keys from the mailbox. The two doors - should consider changing the broken lock to ensure security.
