The room was very nice. The swimming pool and gmy facilities were excellent. The management staff were also excellent. When there was a problem they were very quick to respond. (blocked drain and faulty washing machine)
The location of the residence is good and close to the centre of KL/transport link but if you are travelling by car you can expect to spend a long time getting out of the immediate vicinity due to the one way system that circles the building.
The residence is used not only by holiday makers but also workers and there was a lot of noise with people coming and going in the middle of the night and making noise above us so we often could not sleep.

De ligging is perfect, een leuke wijk met volop mogelijkheden! Het personeel reageert snel op de app.
De hygiëne liet te wensen over, de foto’s op Booking zijn mooier dan in het echt! Het zwembad was dicht zonder dat we dit wisten, tot 14/5 zelfs! Het personeel deed er niks aan toen we er iets van opmerkten. De keukenkraan zat los, er lag een smerig doekje op het aanrecht, de douche en handdoeken roken verre van fris .. zonde van dit verblijf!
